Receipt Scanner Invoice App

1. Information We Process

Receipt Scanner Invoice App is designed as a local-first receipt, expense, and invoice tool. Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be processed:

• Receipt photos or images that you choose to scan or attach to an expense.
• Expense and invoice details that you enter, such as merchant name, date, category, amount, tax, currency, notes, client information, and invoice line items.
• Exported files that you create, such as PDF, CSV, Excel, or local backup files.
• App settings, selected language, subscription or purchase status, and feature usage limits.
• Anonymous product events, such as app open, privacy acceptance, paywall view, plan selected, purchase success, restore result, export events, and scan workflow events.

2. Local-First Storage

The app is designed to keep receipt images, expense records, invoice details, reports, and backups on your device by default. MAZ Solutions does not intentionally upload your receipt images, invoice contents, client names, merchant names, or expense details to a server by default.

If you export, share, back up, or restore files, those actions are controlled by you and may involve apps, folders, cloud drives, or services that you choose on your device.

3. Camera, Photos, Files, and OCR

The app may request camera or photo/file access so you can scan receipts, choose receipt images, attach documents, or import files. These permissions are used only to provide the receipt scanning, expense tracking, invoice, and export features that you choose to use.

Optical character recognition and document processing may be performed on the device when supported. If a future feature uses a network service for OCR or AI assistance, the app will only process the content needed for that feature and will describe the behavior clearly in the app or in this policy.

4. Purchases and Billing

Optional paid features may be processed through Google Play Billing or Huawei In-App Purchases, depending on where you installed the app. Payment information, such as your card number or payment method details, is handled by the app store provider and is not received by MAZ Solutions.

For purchase support, the app may store limited transaction references such as store name, product or plan ID, amount, currency, app version, anonymous install ID, and store transaction reference. This information is used only to help verify, restore, or support purchases.

5. Advertising

The Google Play version of the app may use Google AdMob to display ads. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, and ad interaction data as described in Google's policies.

6. Analytics and Diagnostics

The app may send privacy-first, anonymous analytics to help improve product quality and understand feature usage. These events are intended to measure app behavior, purchase flow health, and feature reliability, not to store receipt images or private business records.

We do not use analytics to upload your receipt photos, expense records, invoice contents, client names, or merchant details.

7. Notifications

If notifications are enabled, the app may use them for reminders, app updates, purchase status, or important product messages. You can disable notifications from your device settings.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services, depending on the store and features available in your build:

• Google Play Billing for optional purchases.
• Google AdMob for ads in the Google Play version.
• Huawei In-App Purchases for optional purchases in Huawei builds.
• Supabase or backend services for anonymous analytics and purchase-support records when enabled.
• Device operating system services for camera, files, sharing, notifications, and local storage.

9. Data Deletion and Your Choices

Because the app is local-first, you can delete receipts, expenses, invoices, reports, and backups from inside the app or by removing the app from your device. Files that you exported or shared outside the app must be deleted from the location where you saved or shared them.

10. Children's Privacy

Receipt Scanner Invoice App is intended for business, productivity, receipt, expense, and invoice management. It is not directed to children under 13, and MAZ Solutions does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect limited data processed for analytics, billing support, and app operations. Local app data remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, restore, or otherwise move it.

Limited support and analytics records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for app operation, support, legal, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

12. Changes to This Policy

MAZ Solutions may update this Privacy Policy when the app, store requirements, or service providers change. The latest version will be available on this page.
